Hi guys. My name is Claire and I am an Herbalist and Clinical Naturopath from Sth East Victoria.  I have been been growing and Wildcrafting Medicinal Herbs most of my life, and have been preparing remedies for over 20years.   I have studied many different native and shamanic medicinal practices from around the world, and I am a fully trained and practicing Western Herbalist. 
I love to research the ancient uses and applications of herbs- from Medicinal to Magickal - and It’s my very favourite thing to read an article that suggests that ‘science’ may have been able to ‘prove’ what our ancestors already scribed many centuries ago. I call these my ‘full circle moments.’
In my years of clinical practice I came to see that we have slowly lost this knowledge as a community, and when I began to witness families asking for help with some of the simplest of things, I decided I would one day like to educate them on how to grow their own herbs, and then prepare them into simple, effective potions for the entire family.
In January this year, my little vision came to light, and I am now offering seeds, plants and workshops on Medicinal herbs, Foraging, and Remedy preparation, under my little hobby business Pick a Potion.
