Emm Jay is an artist, teacher and initiated Senior Voduist of House Nord Asidero, an academic Vodu House which focuses on learning and knowledge. His traditional spiritual practice is derived from original West African beliefs and has been influenced by Deep Southern U.S.A. culture, where Emm Jay’s House elders and teachers originate from. Emm Jay privately continues to develop a deeply personal Americanised Vodu practice to best suit the Australian geography and environment, currently from the Alpine Region of Victoria, Aust.​

Through Alpine Nirvana and online , he offers a wide range of services relating to his practice, including specialised incense, powders, oils, charm bags, candle rituals, divination and poppets.
